Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders over €150 are delivered to your door by our driver, using our own vehicle, at the agreed day and time. Pick up is available from our kitchen at Halandri with prior notice.

Please note that all πlateaux boxes are made to order and contain fresh, perishable items. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Payment can be made via bank transfer at least 48 hours before pick up or delivery.

At πlateaux, every box is made to order. Styled by hand, crafted with fresh ingredients and prepared with care. We start sourcing and preparing your box well in advance to make sure everything arrives beautifully and on time.

For this reason, we kindly ask for any cancellations to be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up.
Cancellations made later than that are subject to a 100% charge, as we have already committed time, resources and fresh ingredients to your order.
